When I say, "Life is a story," I mean it literally. I think in pictures and understand in stories. It's the central principle behind my work: Every company has a story to tell. That's why I became a corporate storyteller.
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, I was fed a steady diet of customer service and business strategy by my entrepreneurial parents, who brought me up alongside their company.
Shortly after college, I put my business acumen and writing skills to work for clients as a freelance writer and marketing consultant.
I take great pride in their successes. And every day I learn something new from industries far more diverse than I could have imagined. My intense curiosity and empathy give me greater insight into each client's world and allow me to speak for them - in their own voice.
Today, I draw upon my experiences as a writer, marketer, social networker, and businessperson to help a growing cadre of clients and agencies.
Luckily for me, I get to do all of this while enjoying life with my wonderful husband, three daughters, and our superbly patient cat.
